Vacuum VK 6 foil sealer from a high-quality German brand is designed primarily for home use but it can be useful even in professional use. Excellent for a long-term storage of food in a freezer and a refrigerator with a 97% guarantee of vacuum. Due to this factor, the original flavour and aroma of the food is retained. This way, the shelf life of the vacuum sealed food in a freezer increases from 6 months to 2 to 3 years. The shell life of fruit, vegetables and meat or cured meat and cheeses increases from 1 week up to 5 to 7 weeks.
The vacuum sealer provides automatic suction and impermeable seals for bags up to 28cm wide. Original grooved foils are made from a high density material and they also help to create an airtight seal that lasts much longer than standard foils. This makes them suitable for freezing, cooking or they can be safely used in a microwave. The used bags can be simply washed and reused.
