Dobrý den, dnes mi přišly tato sluchátka. Ale na sluchátkovém kabelu nejsou závaží, co mají držet sluchátka za ušima. Navíc kabel je celý černý, přitom by měl být od poloviny šedý. Mám důvod, se obávat že sluchátka co mi byly zaslány jsou falešné ?

Dobrý den, mám dva dotazy ohledně těchto sluchátek. Zaprvé, sluchátka by prý měla mít tříletou záruku, zde je uvedena záruka pouze dvouletá. Jak to tedy na Alze je? Zadruhé, i přes jejich na pohled superbytelnou konstrukci existuje ve světě mnoho recenzí, kde si uživatelé stěžují na lámající se pružinku u jacku, na lámající se kablík v místě ovladače a na rozlepující se konstrukci pecek. Všichni přísahají na šetrné zacházení. Jak se Alza postaví k takové reklamaci, když za rok donesu sluchátka s některou z těchto vad, když prokazatelně tímto tento model trpí? Budu poslán do háje s tím, že je to špatným zacházením, opotřebováním atd...? Díky za odpověď, nejlépe od zaměstnance Alzy (jinak mají prý perfektní zvuk, rád bych do toho šel, ale za ty prachy aby něco vydržely...)
