RIO CNHR2

Electrolytic epilator removed using microcurrent technology roots and the hair papilla, and prevents their future growth. Sometimes they fail to destroy all the cells of the papilla during the same procedure, so it can regrow hair. These hairs are, however, much softer and weaker than before. If you repeat the procedure regularly, disposing papilla cells, which provides a permanent result.
