With the assistance of ROHNSON R-287 Fruit Dryer, you can prepare for the winter with a variety of dried vegetables and mushrooms ideal for soups or prepare various kinds of dried fruit such as healthy and delicious apple, pear or plum slices. You can also dry meat or fragrant herbs both for flavoring meals and for home-made herbal teas. A great benefit of the dehydrator is that due to its 5 trays, it is possible to dry large amount of food at the same time. During the drying process, the moisture is removed from the food, keeping it healthy and tasty with no loss of nutritional values, vitamins, minerals and typical aroma.

Fast and easy food drying

Operation of the appliance is very simple, simply cut the food into slices, spread those on drying sieves and choose the desired temperature. Each tray has a capacity of up to 1kg and they can be adjusted to a height of 1.5 to 2.5cm. The center parts of the trays can be removed in order to obtain more space in the middle. The dehydrator provides a smooth adjustment of the temperature setting from 35 to 70°C, the Flow-System for slow drying is included. Due to the transparent design of the dehydrator, you will be able to monitor the drying process.
