With the fruit dryer Rohnson R-291 you can dry not only fruits but also, for example, herbs, fragrant mushrooms, meat or vegetable all year round. The dehydrator removes moisture but preserves nutritional values, vitamins, minerals and flavour. With its large volume, 5 plates and sufficient 245W power you can always make many healthy dried goodies. The 5 plates enable you to dry a large amount of food at one time and you can even extend the number of plates to up to 10.
You can set the temperature in the range 35°- 70°C, so, for example, you can dry herbs, for which the suitable temperature is only 35-40°C, but mushrooms which require higher temperature to avoid going mouldy during a slow drying process. Flow System enables slow drying and food presevation. Due to the transparent cover you can keep track of the drying process. The fruit drier also features protection against overheating.
