The Rohnson R-789 is equipped with an ergonomic handle that fits perfectly into your hand. For easy cleaning, the anti-limescale filter is removable and the heating coil is hidden within the base. Dobrý den, chcel by som zistiť či sa záruka vstahuje aj na nalomený plastový uchop pántu dvierok. Pri čistení som zistil že v mieste kde je pružina pantu uchytená o vnutorný plast dvierok je nalomený tento uchop, dvierka trocha vyčnievajú a je problem konvicu otvorit ked je voda v nej zohriata. Vyzera to tak že para spôsobila že sa plastove vnutro pri pante odlepilo a prasklo od nerezového krytu dvierok. Ďakujem za odpoved

Dobrý den chci se zeptat má pul roku tuto konvicí a zlomilo se mi víčko jak probíhá reklamace když tento výrobek nechci vracejí se peníze nebo třeba nový kus . Děkuji
