Dobrý den, 1) umožňuje tento přístroj manuální nastavení výsledné teploty? Tzn. zda lze nastavit např. 55 st. C při přípravě teplých jidel nebo zda je jen jedna nastavená výsledná teplota. 2) dokáže sekat i maso?
