Steam cooking is a healthy way of cooking that ensures your food doesn't lose its nutrients, natural flavour and aroma. This steam cooker has two independent cooking zones and you can choose from five different steam control levels to make sure your food is cooker just way you like it. You can easily keep an eye on the timer using the blue backlit LED display on the easy-to-use control panel. If you are in a hurry, you can use the Rapid Start function that will reach the maximum steaming temperature in less than 30 seconds and when you have finished cooking, KeepWarm will maintain your food's heat for up to 45 minutes.

Use cooking zones for max

The SAGE SFS800bss features two independent cooking zones with their own independent timers, so you can cook two different dishes at the same time. You can ensure they are ready at the same time by using the synchronisation function (SYNC FINISH). When you do not need to cook using two zones, you can use it as just one large steam cooker. You will have no problem cooking a whole fish or some large cuts of meat in a dish with a 40cm diameter.
