Dobrý den, co musí být v telefonu nastaveno, aby pouzdro fungovalo na dotyk, jak je psáno v popisu. "Abyste přijímali nebo odmítali hovory či zjistili, kolik je hodin, nemusíte pouzdro otevírat. Stačí jediné přejetí prstem." Ať přejízdím prstem jak chci tak se mi čas neukáže a ani nelze přijmout či zamítnout telefon. hovor. Dík za odpověď. Hanka

Dobrý den, spolu s telefonem Samsung S8 černý jsem omylem koupil pouzdro na mobilní telefon Samsung EF-NG955P černé (určené pro jiný typ telefonu. Potřeboval bych jej vyměnit za správné, Pouzdro jsem koupil 19.9.2017. Děkuji
