Zákazníci, kteří si přístroj objednali v předprodeji, dostali i brýle pro virtuální realitu, podle mluvčího Samsungu Ondřeje Koubka tento dárek zákazníci vracet nemusí. Navíc Samsung všem zákazníkům ve výměnné programu dal paměťovou kartu. Objednal jsem přístroj v předprodeji, takže Vaše společnost musela dostat tyto brýle k objednávce. Pokud Samsung Note 7 stáhl, tak jak budete dále postupovat ? Nebudete ani dávat ty brýle a budete je prodávat ze ziskem pro Vás, nebo pošlete aspoň ty brýle, které byli součástí předobjednávky.

Čím dál tím víc čtu na internetu o tom, že Exynos verze phabletu je problémová. To že telefon přestane fungovat už po pár dnech jeho používání (zamrzání, bootlopy, přehřívání se, někteří hlásí i samovolná brick telefonu) je dost na pováženou. A nejedná se o pár kusu ale možná celou sérii. Jak se tomu postaví Alza? Budete vadné kusy rovnou měnit za nové? Děkuji za odpověď.

Aja jaj, ze začátku září je říjen. Škoda že jsem prošvihl tu předobjednávku, mohl jsem mít pod stromečkem nový mobil :D Ne, teď vážně. Po Note 2 co mám moc uvažuji nad Note 7 a tak by mě zajímalo jestli ji už někdo přeci jen má jeho recenze

zdravím, chcem sa spýtať kedy teda bude zariadenie dostupné, ak si ho predobjednám kedy mi príde poštou, v popise máte že ho budeme mať medzi prvými ale dátum vydania máte že 16.9. , pritom má byť všade 2.9.
