Dobrý deň, Vysavac sme kúpili v decembri, aktuálne sme ho asi 2 mesiace nepoužívali, problem je, ze keď chcem zapnúť funkciu mopovania cez Rýchly štart, robot iba vysáva, nemopuje. Rovnako mam problém s pripojením vysávača na wifi cez aplikáciu na novy telefón. Nastavím domácu sieť, potom prejdem na vybranie siete k vysávaču zadám heslo, začne pripájať na 16,7 percentách a po chvílke to stopne a vyhodí chybu. Aplikácia ma najnovšiu verziu a nastavenie domacej siete je na frekvencii 2,4 Ghz, takže všetko je nastavene podla požiadaviek. Predtým na iPhone 7 pripojenie aplikácie fungovalo, teraz na Samsung S10 Plus nie ... Kde môže byť problém? Ďakujem
