Dobrý den, chci se zeptat, proč je program bavlna násobně delší, než u podobného produktů od LG, který jsme měli před koupí tohoto Samsung výrobku. Dále mi přijde divné, že se čas programu nemění se změnou obsahu pračky - zkusil jsem zadat program s prázdnou pračkou, poté s cca 2kg prádla a nakonec cca 6kg prádla - doba praní se nezměnila.
