Dobrý den, chci se zeptat, proč je program bavlna násobně delší, než u podobného produktů od LG, který jsme měli před koupí tohoto Samsung výrobku. Dále mi přijde divné, že se čas programu nemění se změnou obsahu pračky - zkusil jsem zadat program s prázdnou pračkou, poté s cca 2kg prádla a nakonec cca 6kg prádla - doba praní se nezměnila. Předem děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, je v pořádku, že délka přání 2 kg prádla na program bavlna bez jakékoliv změny nastavení trvá 3,5 hodiny? ( bez bublin, bez sušení ....)

Dobrý den, pračka po zapnutí a vybrání programu začne přát, nebo sušit a po minutě se čas na displeji zastaví, zámek dveří se odjisti a dal se nic neděje. Žádný chybovy kód se neobjeví. Voda odpad v pořádku. Děláme něco špatně, nebo je chyba v práčce? Děkuji
