Dobrý deň, mám celkom novú práčku (cca 1/2 roka) zn. Samsung, podobnú tejto, v bubne a po jeho obvode v gume sa objavili malé šedé kúsočky "niečoho". Neprala som nič, čo do práčky nepatrí (neperiem prvý deň), klasika oblečenie, posteľnú bielizeň, no nič v tejto farbe. Dokonca ani žiadna vreckovka a podobné predmety, čo by sa mohli pri praní rozmočiť a rozpadnúť. Používam tekutý prášok na pranie a raz si práčka pýtala čistenie bubna, na čo som použila prostriedok na čistenie práčky podľa návodu. Na dotyk vyzerajú tie "kúsočky" ako rozomletá guma, je možné, že by sa niekde rozpadalo tesnenie?? Mám to nahlásiť ako reklamáciu? Ďakujem za odpoveď.
