Great macro lens
The lens’ features are particularly easy to appreciate in extreme lighting conditions, i.e. in darkness or bright, where its f/2.8 maximum aperture can adjust to accommodate a variety of lighting conditions and help you achieve great results. The lens design consists of 15 elements in 12 groups and includes high refractive lenses (HR) and one low dispersion element (ED) that minimises chromatic aberration and light scattering. The minimum focal length is 0.307m. The Ultra Multi Coating (UMC) system prevents flare and ghosting.
The nine-blade aperture maintains a rounded shape even when setting high aperture numbers, creating a beautiful bokeh effect. The lens construction is made of high-quality aluminium alloy and delivers high material strength and durability.
