The board game Sanctum is a strategy, adventure game from the author' s workshop of Filip Neduk, which was inspired by hacker and slash RPG video games. It is designed for 2 to 4 players who transform into one of four heroes (Outlaw, Hunter, Warrior or Dancer). Each of them wants to fight his way into the once mighty city of Sanctum and free him from the power of the army of darkness, and finally fight himself and defeat the demon ruler Malghazar. In order for them to succeed, they must defeat all the demons they encounter along the way and, most importantly, gain maximum skills and the right equipment to have a chance to succeed in the final encounter.
