Virtual reality at your fingertips

Virtual reality is the biggest hit of the year, but this stunning and immersive experience has been limited by the requirement to own an expensive high-end graphics card. With the Radeon RX 480, AMD aims to introduce this technology to as many customers as possible, and thanks to its attractive price tag it may very well succeed. The GPU features 8 GB of GDDR5 memory and its more than 5 TFLOPS of computing power rivals NVIDIA’s Pascal chips, except those are twice as expensive.

Better resolution and frame rates

The card's connectivity options match its modern architecture. Aside from a modernised HDMI 2.0b port, capable of transmitting 4K video at 60 Hz, the rear side is equipped with two DisplayPort 1.3 connectors. The improved interface can handle up to 5K (5120 × 2880 pixels) and 8K (7680 x 4320 pixels) image at 60 fps. The card also supports Freesync technology for smooth video rendering and HDR for excellent colour range. The Polaris architecture also provides H.265 acceleration in up to 4K and even at 60 fps.

** updated final euro prices, the 4 GB model is listing at 219 incl VAT and 259 EURO for the 8GB models. Prices will vary a bit per EU country. UK prices are 180 and 215 pounds respectively. a čo je dôležitejšie je tento link :D External Link

Nehambite sa alza za tu cenu skoro 300eur napriek tomu ze to je novinka RX480 ? Uvedomte si ze ludia potom viac sa poobzeraju aj po inych obchodoch . Nicite si dobre meno a do buducna vas lusia o to viac budu porovnavat s inymi obchodmi. Doteraz som isiel skoro iba na alzu objednal a neriesil ine obchody lebo ste boli cenovo skoro rovnako ako ine lacne e shopy ale teraz sa po tejto karte pozriem aj inde uz teraz som nasiel obchod kde ju maju za 249 ! Otazka pre Vas a marketing je kolko ludi ste s touto cenou poslali objednat inde ?! S uctou Vas byvali spokojny zakaznik !

4GB verze by mela stat v prepoctu s dani necelych 6000Kc, s dani. Bohuzel jak je tady zvykem si tam hodi navic 20%+ rabat a bude z toho opet 7500Kc a vice jak je u ceskych oligopolu zvykem. 8GB bude prepalena jeste vic...

Len vas chcem opravit a trochu aj zavadzajuce informacie o karte, ktore uvadzate v popise. Dve amd rx 480 daju sice vykon podobny jednej gtx1080 mozno za nizsiu cenu. No vykon jednej amd rx 480 by mal byt na urovni medzi gtx970 a gtx980 co je VR ready. Pricom tento vykon sa nebude dat rovnat vykonu karty gtx1070, ktora je len o 10 az 15% vykonovo nizsie ako gtx1080 podla benchmarkov. Kebyze sa dal rovnat tak v benchmarkoch dvoch rx 480 by ukazovalo amd podstatne vacsi vykon nez jedna gtx 1080 a nie rovnaky. Ale to mozu byt len moje dohady lebo este nemame k dispozicii oficialne benchamrky jednej rx 480.

OBJEDNAVAM CEZ AMAZON ALEBO inde...Alza ma velmi sklamala touto CENOU!!!Uz si je moc ista svojim postavenim na CZ a SK trhu..taktiez ma velmi sklamalo zrusenie alza drivu...thumbs down!!
