Dobrý den, tohle sklo je dražší a úplně nefunkční. Při malém pádu mezi sedačky v autobuse se odlepilo sklo od mobilu (a pořád se odlepuje) a díky tomu má malou prasklinu na hraně. S takhle mizerným sklem jsem se u žádného svému mobilu nesetkala U tohoto skla poskytujete doživotní záruku. Jak ho tedy mohu reklamovat a požádat o vrácení peněz? Předpokládám, že doživotní zárukou je především míněno i to, že se po aplikaci od telefonu neodlepí.

Dobrý den ,před tydnem jsem si koupila tento výrobek v internetovem obchodě Alza (ochranne sklo na telefon ), sklo jsem nalepila na telefon sama. Dnes mi telefon upadl na podlahu a ochranne sklo odlitlo od telefonu a zustalo cele. Mužu sklo reklamovat ?

Dobrý den v úvodu se píše sklo v popisu folie , je to tedy folie či sklo ? Ráda bych nějaké ochranné sklo které je kompatibilní s kryty zatím jsem zakoupila jedno sklo přímo na A5 3D a bohužel nedrží pokud je telefon v kryt celly gelskin padá . Děkuji za odpověď
