Dobrý den, v případě, že se rozhodnu tento produkt reklamovat, mám předpokládat, že mi bude znovu nabízen tento samý produkt, nebo je zde naděje na vrácení peněz. Hodlám totiž před reklamací zakoupit jiný, podobný produkt, jako náhradu tohoto a obávám se, že mi bude například vrácen nový kus tohoto produktu. Předem děkuji za odpověď.
