Zakoupil jsem tyto 2 disky Seagate Constellation ES.3, s tím, že mají 5 let záruku, včetně této záruky výrobcem. K mému velkému překvapení však výrobce (po registraci sériových čísel a produktových čísel) uvádí záruku u jednoho disku necelé 2 roky, u druhého necelých 5 let. Když jsem šel do reklamačního formuláře alza, tak jediná možná reklamace je přes výrobce. Tam jsou ovšem výše uvedené záruční doby. Jak mám postupovat pro výměnu disků (byly rozbaleny)? Jak je vůbec možné, že taková situace vznikla?
