The IronWolf Pro Series is designed for continuous workloads required by NAS. AgileArray technology allows for optimal reliability and system agility. The drive is built to ensure NAS scalability with RAID support. It also features advanced power management for improved energy efficiency.

Designed for commercial and enterprise use

Thanks to its outstanding parameters, the Seagate IronWolf PRO series is designed for professionals. SATA III allows for bandwidth throughput of up to 600 MB/s, while the drive is also backward compatible with SATA II and SATA. The drive reaches 7200 rpm and works with 256MB cache for faster response times.

Reduces rotational vibration

The IronWolf drives feature special sensors, which help eliminate multi-bay vibration for long-term consistent performance and reliability. RAID performance is optimised to maximise responsiveness and the drive's service life with Error Recovery Control.

Active data protection

The IronWolf Pro comes equipped with advanced features to keep your storage running smoothly and to extend its service life. Synology DiskStation Manager 6.1 automatically analyzes the drive and continuously informs you of its condition, offering recommendations for improving your data security.

Multi-user optimisation

The NAS storage is optimised for multiple users, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The drive handles workloads of up to 300 TB per year. With remote access, you can backup and share your files from anywhere.

Your home server

Zdravím, bude tenhle disk vhodný i do domáciho PC jako sekundární úložiště pro multimedia s předpokladem že nepojede 24/7, ale ve dne pojede a v noci vypnutý?? nebo by stačila na tohle použití klasická Ironwolf verze než PRO? děkuji za odpoveď
