Seagate Momentus FDE Thin 500 GB

A fast, reliable, high-capacity, 2.5” 500 GB hard disk with optional hardware encryption. It is designed for smaller notebooks and other portable devices. The disk is ideal for responsible employees who need to make sure no unauthorised persons can access their critical data.

The disk’s high 5400 RPM speed ensures lightning-quick access time and fast disk response. A 16 MB buffer is provided for balanced operation. Low power consumption translates into greater reliability and longer service life. The disk features SATA II interface and NCQ (Native Command Queuing) optimisation technology, allowing hard disk drives to internally optimise the order in which received read and write commands are executed. This boosts SATA hard drive performance, improves access speed, and decreases wear of the drive.

Pozor, Alza sice v nazvu napsala "FDE" (Seagate v nazvu nic takoveho nema), ale varianta ST500LT012 (z zde jde podle vseho prave o tento model) je standardni disk bez sifrovani. Vice viz dokumentace vyrobce External Link
