Seagate Surveillance 4TB

Seagate Surveillance is the seventh generation of this series (formerly SV35). It focuses primarily on the recording of high-resolution cameras, high reliability and effective reduction of energy consumption. The disk is therefore made for use in high-end camera systems, with a very fast network access and running 24×7. It holds up to 400 hours of HD content. Disk supports a data load, diversified scalability, technology Surveillance Digital Video Recorder and up to 32 connected cameras.

Seagate Surveillance has the capacity of 4 TB and is designed for high-speed SATA III (6Gb/s) with the support of technology NCQ. Its three plates have rotation speed of 5900 rpm and its balanced operation is provided by a cache, the size of 64 megabytes.
