But what would you say if you could do this by yourself at home? The Severin FS 3609 is a foil vacuum sealer - an investment that will return to you many times . 

The Severin FS 3609 vacuum sealer is equipped with a fully automatic suction and bag-sealing process at 170W of power. You can place up to 5 bags (20x29.3cm each) in it. Thanks to the indicator light, you'll know when the vacuuming or sealing is currently in progress. Frozen foods retain their natural taste and colour, and it prevents damage to food when overfilling occurs. With the Severin FS 3609 vacuum sealer, food will not only remain fresh - it will also retain its nutritional value. Ideal for sous-vide cooking - a cooking method in which food is prepared in an airtight plastic wrap, in a temperature controlled water bath.
