This premium Sigma lens hood is specially shaped to prevent vignetting and to provide the best results when shooting. The aperture suppresses the disturbing defects that occur when the parasitic rays enter and mirror inside the lens. These parasitic rays, which reduce colour and overall image contrast, can arise not only from the reflection of the sky, but from virtually everything (for example, from the water surface or the light facade of the house). For this reason, it is advisable to have an aperture, the fastening of which is very easy and fast to fit.

Compatibility: The LH850-02 lens hood is designed for 70-200mm F2.8 APO EX DG OS HSM/50-150mm F2.8 APO EX DC OS HSM lenses.
