Dobry den, dnes jsme gril rozbalili a ve spodni casti chybi gumove nozicky. Gril bez nich po kuchynske lince doslova “brusli”. Muzete dodatecne zaslat aniz bychom zbozi zasilali zpet na reklamaci? Dekuji za odpoved.

Dobry den, mam stejny problem, jaky je zde popsan v jedinem dotazu. Po prvnim pouziti, se gril vypl. A pri opetovnem zapnuti, kontrolka zapnuti blika a nejde zapnout.

Dobrý den, Chtěl bych se zeptat ohledně toho grilu. Dnes jsem jej u Vás zakoupil, použil program na hranolky. když program skončil, jídlo jsem vyndal a chtěl nadále pokračovat s masem, nicméně grill se mi už znovu nezapnul a celou dobu bliká kontrolka zapnutí a displej nijak nereaguje. Rád bych poprosil o radu a také se zeptal zda není přístroj porouchaný. Děkuji.
