With the Siguro Elite Brew canister, your coffee beans will always be in the best possible condition. During storage, coffee is affected by many factors (light, moisture, odours, etc.), and storing it in this canister protects it as much as possible. This ensures the coffee's flavour profile remains unchanged, so you can enjoy it to the fullest. The canister has an 800ml capacity and holds up to 300g of coffee beans. It is made of high-quality stainless steel and features a lid with a silicone seal and clip closure, a one-way valve, and a date dial to set the best-before date.

Light (UV radiation) and air are particularly damaging to freshly roasted coffee. If you store coffee in an open container, the beans oxidise, changing their flavour profile and losing their aroma. At the same time, a lot of carbon dioxide gets locked into the coffee during roasting, which is gradually released, so it's not ideal to store the beans in a 100% airtight container. The Siguro Elite Brew canister solves all these issues, protecting your coffee from unwanted elements while the one-way valve lets the coffee breathe and degas–a natural process that occurs both during and after roasting as various gases, mostly carbon dioxide, are released.

Simply pour your coffee beans into the Siguro Elite Brew canister and seal it with the lid, which features a silicone seal and a clip closure designed to prevent excessive pressure from building up inside. Then, just use the dial and rotary wheel on top of the lid to set the best-before date.
