With the Siguro Elite Brew canister, your coffee beans will always be in the best condition. Many factors (light, humidity, odours, etc.) can affect coffee during storage, and keeping it in this canister provides maximum protection against them. This means the coffee won't change its flavour profile, so you can enjoy it to the fullest. The canister has a volume of 1.5L and holds up to 500g of coffee beans. It's made from high-quality stainless steel and features a lid with a silicone seal and clip closure, a one-way valve, and a date dial to set the use-by day.

Light (UV radiation) and air have a particularly bad effect on freshly roasted coffee. If you store coffee in an open container, the beans oxidise, changing their flavour profile and losing their aroma. At the same time, a lot of carbon dioxide is trapped in the coffee during roasting, which gradually escapes, so it is not desirable to store the beans in a 100% impermeable container. The Siguro Elite Brew canister solves all of this by protecting the coffee from unwanted influences and, thanks to the one-way valve, allows the coffee to breathe and degas – a natural process that occurs not only during but also after roasting, as various gases, mostly carbon dioxide, are released from the coffee.
The best conditions for keeping coffee beans fresher for longer
Simply pour the coffee beans into the Siguro Elite Brew canister and seal it with the lid, which features a silicone seal and a clip closure designed to prevent excessive pressure from building up inside. Then, just use the date dial and rotating wheel on the top of the lid to set the use-by date.
