The SilverStone ST1500-GS ultra-high-performance modular power supply features very quiet operation at idle (18dBA) and boasts 80 PLUS Gold certification, which ensures that its efficiency does not fall below 88% at 20%-100% loading. Other advantages are strict voltage control in the range of +/-3% and minimisation of ripple and noise tolerance of +/- 3%.

On two 12V branches, this model offers maximum output current of 70A, which makes it suitable for computers with high-end graphics cards. This corresponds to the eight available PCI Express connectors that are part of the wiring. You will appreciate the full disconnectability of all cables, which facilitates air flow and cooling of components within the housing. A mandatory part of quality power supplies is active PFC correction and redundant protection of connected equipment - even in this respect, the ST1500-GS model does not lag behind.
