Dobrý deň, mám problém so slúchadlami, ktoré som dnes od vás zakúpil, hrajú dobre pokým si ich nevložím do vrecka, potom je zvuk ako z pokazenej platne pripadne nepočuť vôbec nič. Signál nie je rušený ničím čo by som vedel ovplyvniť (žiaden kov ani retiazky). Chcem sa opýtať či ide o vadný produkt alebo tento rad slúchadiel nedokáže prehrávať zvuk ak je v preukáže telo (keďže slúchadla sa zapínajú za krkom tak je to dosť vážny problém). Podotýkam že batéria v oboch zariadeniach je plne nabitá.
