Manželka dostala zařízení jako dárek, marně se pokouším z něj něco vyloudit. Aplikace nainstalována (Samsung Galaxy S3, Android 4.3, Bluetooth 4.0), postupováno dle návodu, zelené blikání, pak svícení a zhasnutí - tedy mělo by být spárováno a baterie OK). Po nastavení času sledování 22-7 hodin umístěno na polštář, ráno po dva dny pokusy vyčíst data (demo data fungují) se při pokusu vyčtení reálných dat kousne v synchronisaci a jediná možnost jak to ukončit je restartování telefonu. Je to normální chování? Existuje možnost navštívit v Brně Vašeho technika, který by ověřil, resp. předvedl funkčnost zařízení? Podpora i samotného výrobce je nula, na jeho stránkách se ani nedá stáhnout manuál. Nějaké rady jdou přímo z aplikace přes WEB (časové omezení a další informace, které nejsou nikde jinde, ale je to bída a stejně nepomáhá). Jinak při pokusu nainstalovat aplikaci na jiný telefon podobná zkušenost jakou uvádí další příspěvek v diskusi, nelze přejít přes "inproper password format"

Dobrý den, při spuštění aplikace je potřeba registrovat účet. Vložený email ovšem vypíše "Incorrect email format". Zkoušeno na [email protected] i na [email protected]. Bez registrace nejde produkt používat, prosím poraďte. Díky
