A new generation of 4K SXRD - Silicon X-tal Reflective Display technology is installed on the device so that you can enjoy 4x more detail than the classic Full HD resolution. The advanced SXRD panel technology has a highly reflective liquid crystal layer, a ceramic and a levelling layer that provides an exceptionally fast response of only 2.5ms.
The Sony Projector automatically adjusts the contrast for optimal image quality by precisely analysing the dark and bright areas in each scene.
Motionflow for sharper, more natural images
This projector uses Motionflow technology, both in Full HD and 4K, to reduce image blur in fast and action scenes. The Sony projector also supports the high dynamic range of HDR10 and HLG. The special low latency mode is especially appreciated by players - it minimises input delay, even when playing the latest 4K titles.
Sony VPL-VW760ES will guarantee high resolution from every source
Reality Creation technology analyses the image to the level of pixels. It uses high-performance sampling algorithms that has been developed over the years of film production, increasing image sharpness without increasing digital image noise. It also enhances existing Blu-ray and DVD movies to 4K quality.
The projector can handle both 2D and 3D images
The resolution of 4K (4096 × 2160 pixels) is probably only known from large cinemas. Now you have the opportunity to appreciate it in your home. At full resolution, you can watch both 2D and 3D using active glasses. The built-in RF transmitter is compatible with most 3D glasses, so no external transmitter is needed. As a video source, you do not need to use 4K or HD video, because of the Super Resolution 4K Upscaler, which even calculates the SD resolution to 4K, and multiplies the quality of the input.
