Tyto sluchátka jsou dokonalá, až na jednu podstatnou okolnost. Potlačení okolního hluku je nefunkční. Lze to nějak napravit. co k tomu říká výrobce SONY. Mimo jiné jsem si tyto sluchátka zakoupil pro tuto úžasnou vlastnost. Pomůže mi výrobce ???

Dobrý den, mám dotaz cca před rokem jsme si koupil tyto sluchátka, ale používat jsem je začal až nedávno a nyní jsme zajistil, že nepodporují aptX/aptXHD, přičemž na vašich stránkách je uvedeno, že podporují. Tato vlastnost je pro mne důležitá a proto se chci zeptat, zda je vámi mylně uváděna informace důvodem k odstoupení do smlouvy a tudíž vrácení zaplacené částky. Děkuji za odpověď

Dobrý den, opravte si prosím popis, tyto sluchátka bohužel nepodporují kodek LDAC viz příručka a podporované kodeky. Umí jen standardní 2 kodeky a to SBC a AAC.
