Dobrý den, chci se zeptat včera mi byly doručeny tyto sluchátka a když v nich něco poslouchám, ať už hudbu nebo nějaké video a zrovna je nějaká tichá část... v pozadí ze sluchátek je slyšet šum (šum se vyskytuje po celou dobu poslechu) a překrývá tak to co poslouchám, alespoň můj mozek se na šum více zaměřuje. Ten stejný šum je slyšet i když audio stopnu ovšem po krátké době od stopnutí sám přestane. V těch již zmíněných tichých částech je zvuk dost otravný zejména u videí. Tudíž moje otázka zní, je to normální, jsou nějaké způsoby jak to fixnout či se může jednat o vadný kus a pomohla by reklamace? Děkuji.
