Sluchátka mi fungují s mobilem (Android) i notebookem (Windows), zvuk funguje z prohlížeče, při pouštění filmů a hudby (Spotify), ale nefunguje pro videohovory přes Zoom a Skype. Samozřejmě jsem zkoušela testy a nastavení přímo v těchto aplikacích, ale řešení jsem nenašla...

Mám problém. Připojil jsem tato sluchátka bluetoothem ke svému telefonu (android) a od té doby mi nejde sluchátka připojit k ničemu jinému. Ani se mi neukazují v nabídce bluetooth zařízení. Nevíte co s tím?
