Zdravím, mám se sluchátky problém s dosahem. Fungují skvěle, ale stačí když odejdu do vedlejší místnosti (cca 5 metrů, otevřené dveře) a začnou se sekat, ztrácet signál a nakonec se odpojí. Jsou to už druhá tohoto typu, ty první jsem před pár dny z tohoto důvodu reklamoval, reklamaci jste mi ihned uznali a tyto dělají to samé. Měl jsem předtím velmi podobná, jen o třídu levnější (Sony WI-310) a ty neměly tento problém, stejně jako klapková přes hlavu (Sony WH-CH510) - oboje fungují/fungovaly skvěle. A tyhle mě takhle zlobí. Nedokážete pomoct? Moc děkuji.
