Introducing the Sous-vide SV 100 cooker from Steba. This cooker is ideal for low-temperature cooking and heating while still preserving all the nutritional properties of food. The SV 100 can be attached to the edge of any pot that has a 10 litre capacity. Just pour water and the food of your choice in to the pot, utilising the superb Sous-vide technology. The convenient illuminated LCD guides you to set the desired temperature within an exact 0.1°C accuracy resulting in perfectly cooked, delicious food.
