Dron Sphero BB-8 and Sphero Force Band bracelet are part of the Star Wars Special Edition. Dron copies the appearance of the BB-8 droid and can control it either through a smartphone, tablet or Sphero Band. The bracelet then allows the droid to control similar hand movements as the Jedi Knights used Power.

The BB-8 is an app-enabled Droid with a polycarbonate shell that can handle the wear and tear of Resistance missions. You can control the BB-8 app-enabled Droid with a Force band through gestures like Force push, pull and drive. The Bluetooth Smart connection allows for gyroscopic propulsion up to a range of 30m. Channel it with the Sphero Band's smart Star Wars Special edition. Free iOS & Android compatible apps can also be used.

Based on your interactions, BB-8 will show a range of expressions and perk up when you give voice commands. It can move at a speed of 7.92km/h and can protect itself against physical damage. It has 2 navigation devices, a gyroscopic sensor and an accelerometer.

Holographic buzz
In addition to the classic control mode, you can choose Patrol mode in the BB-8 App-enabled Droid and let BB-8 "patrol" on a predetermined route. Message mode allows you to send videos to a droid that are played on a phone or tablet as a holographic message. The drones are supplied with inductive batteries with 60 minutes of life. Once it is discharged, it is enough to place the BB-8 in a docking stationwhere battery life is restored.

The Force is strong with you. Channel it with the Star Wars Force Band by Sphero. Like a Jedi Knight, you can control your BB-8 App-Enabled Droid with just a wave of your hand and expand your abilities with Force Training. Use the band by itself to complete Combat Training, or collect digital holocrons in your environment through Force Awareness. Fulfill your destiny and become strong in the ways of the Force. The bracelet has a range of 25m and, like the BB-8, it is powered by an hour-long battery.
