AB Booster abdominal muscle booster 1 pc
Not only the abdominal muscles, but also the muscles of the thighs, buttocks and arms can be effectively strengthened with the AB Booster, which works on the principle of moving on an inclined plane and overcoming the resistance of your body weight. You simply insert your knees between the bottom foam rollers attached to the sliding mechanism and pull yourself up by the handle. The more upright the apparatus is and therefore the smaller the angle, the more difficult the exercise is.
