You will be able to take the Penne Bolognese from Adventure Menu with you to the campsite and on a trip to the countryside, as well as to work. The Lightweight range offers the world's first vacuum-dried food that is ultra-light and portable, but retains both taste and nutritional value. This is a durum wheat penne pasta with a traditional Bolognese sauce of ground beef and pork accompanied by tomatoes, carrots, parsley, red wine and parmesan cheese. The weight of the package is only 105 g, and you can prepare 400 g of food with the help of hot water or cold water and a warming capsule.

Preparation

Zip the bag tightly to prevent vapour from the chemical reaction from entering. Place a heating capsule in the bottom of the zipper bag (it is preferable to use a 50 g capsule, it takes longer to heat up due to the necessary rehydration of the food) and measure the water in the empty capsule bag to the appropriate mark. Pour the measured water into the zipper bag with the capsule and close it thoroughly. Wait 20 minutes, and then stir the food as it will be hotter on the bottom and colder on the top. Then you can consume the food. Instructions for self-heating can also be found on the back of the zipper bag.
