Capsules containing Creapure creatine monohydrate. Creatine increases physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.

Creapure creatine monohydrate, vegetable capsule (hypromellose, purified water, colouring calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.
Allergen warning: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans.
Recommended dosage
Take 4 capsules daily approximately 30–60 minutes before physical activity. Wash down with plenty of water. Athletes taking creatine monohydrate should consume at least 2000ml of water daily to maximise hydration.
