Its naturally slow digestion rate means it releases amino acids gradually, making it perfect for longer gaps between meals, such as before bed. Micellar casein concentrate (from milk), flavourings, salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin; stabiliser: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; sweeteners: sucralose and steviol glycosides; patented digestive enzyme DigeZyme – multi-enzyme complex (amylase, lactase, cellulase, neutral protease and lipase), colour: ammonia caramel.

Preparation
Mix 35g (1 1/2 scoops) with 300mL of cold water or low-fat milk. Use a blender or a shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
Recommended dosage
Take 1–3 servings daily between meals, depending on your daily protein requirements.

Storage
