Rock‘s Energy Gel provides the ideal source of fast energy for your athletic performance. It contains a concentrated carbohydrate complex, vitamin C, a source of sodium, and caffeine.

Sucrose, water, maltodextrin, fructose, dextrose, isomaltulose (Palatinose), Fibersol-2 (soluble corn fibre), sodium citrate (sodium), potassium citrate (potassium), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), thickener xanthan gum, flavouring, caffeine, colouring (peach tea and cola caramel flavour: caramel; green apple flavour: tartrazine and brilliant blue), preservatives potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidity regulator malic acid.

Recommended dosage
For an instant energy boost, take 1 energy gel before or during physical activity. Wash down with plenty of fluid. Take a maximum of 4 gels per day.
