Dobrý den, cca měsíc mám zakoupený tento rotoped. Pokud chci rotoped spustit a začít cvičit, chci zresetovat údaje a v tom okamžiku mi začne v počítači tikat. Vyřeším situaci tím, že vyndám baterie,ale zřejmě to není normální situace. Je nějaké řešení?

Dobrý den, pokud zmáčknu tlačítko reset, začne v počítači rotopedu něco tikat,aby se spustil záznam,musím vyndat baterie.

Dobrý den, před třemi dny jsme obdrželi rotoped, smontovali dle návodu a máme pocit, že v těle rotopedu u pravé šlapky cosi zadrhává. Jaký je další postup? Máme se podívat do těla rotopedu? Nebo ho vrátit do 14 dnů? Na vyřízení reklamace 30 dní se nám čekat nechce. A rotoped má být tichý a díky tomu zadrhávání není. Předem děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, mám přístroj ale je již krátce po záruce a utrhl se třmen u šlapky - kde ho mohu objednat prosím? Jinak funguje spolehlivě, vše OK.
