Health benefits

Riding a scooter significantly protects your joints, because there are no shocks. Strengthen the overall skeletal muscles and shape your abdomen, buttocks, legs, shoulders, and arms without unnecessary strain. At the same time, it is a very effective method of weight loss. When riding a scooter, you burn about a quarter more in joules than aerobics or zumba, and the energy required is equal to brisk running or fast swimming.
