Stay fit even in bad weather or the winter time, when you're not able to cruise your favourite trails. The CycleOps Tempo Fluid bicycle trainer is an excellent and highly effective tool for cyclists who can't go a day without their wheels. It features a well-designed, highly stable frame, so you can even have it in the living room.

A simple clamping system with hexagonal feet allows for quick fitting of the most commonly used wheel sizes. This handy trainer uses a progressive oil resistance unit which is contolled in the simplest possible way by gearing. The higher the degree, the greater the resistance, so it will feel like a real road.
