Preparation and dosing
Dosage depends on the weight of the individual: usually dosed 2 - 5 scoops per serving at normal load, or 3 - 6 measuring cups at extreme loads. One measuring cup contains 25 grams and is stirred in 100 ml of water. Drink at least 60 - 90 minutes before the race or training.
