Recommended dosage:
The onset of action is immediate, the duration of action of 1 tablet is 20 minutes.
Method of preparation:
The tablets are intended for direct consumption. During exercise, take from 6 to 14 pieces depending on the intensity and duration of physical exertion.
Allergens:
May contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, eggs, soy, milk, sesame or nuts.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Fructose (31.5%), dextrose (28,3 %), sucrose (26.7%), maltodextrin (3,9 %) - acidity regulator: citric acid, thickener: gum arabic, corn starch (0.83%), potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, sodium chloride, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, a mix of vitamins (thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate).
