Energy gel, which is not necessary to drink, gets to the musclesdue to the contained maltodextrin, a factor of more energy than conventional glucose. Use:
The recommended dose of energy gel is 2 tubes per hour during sports performance and physical activity. Depending on the duration and intensity of the exercise, up to 6 tubes can be used, the maximum recommended dose during the procedure. It is not necessary to drink ENERVIT Isotonic Gel with water.
