Real-time Data
The obvious advantage of the Fitbit is its ability to provide real-time data as you are working out. It continuously measures your heart rate, a function that has been perfected by Fitbit. When using the band, you will have enough data and information to optimise your training routine and lifestyle. Also, take advantage of the Cardio Fitness Level feature for more personalised data.
There are many other important statistics that Fitbit measures. It counts steps and distance travelled, informs you of the number of calories burned, and provides you with continuous statistical data about your daily activities. It will aid you in your active lifestyle, ensuring that nothing is missed.
Taking Exercise to the Next Level
The list of companies offering fitness bracelets is long but thanks to sports mode, Fitbit gives you more detailed and accurate data that relates to your particular activity. The bracelet is not just limited to numbers and graphs, due to GPS, you can get a real-time map view of your jogging routes.
Proper rest is crucial, and now there are functions to measure proper sleeping habits with Fitbit. Based on real-time data, the Fitbit calculates optimal sleep time. Also, the alarm takes into account your sleeping habits when waking you up. It also measures your respiratory rate so you know when you need to relax and improve your health.
