Dobrý deň, v auguste som si u vás zakúpila Garmin Vivoactiv. Doteraz fungovali bezchybne, ale posledné dva dni robia hodinky problémy. Od včera, keď sa menil čas, hodinky nefungujú správne. Synchronizovala som ich včera s mobilom, aby sa mi automaticky predstavil čas a od vtedy krokomer nefunguje, vôbec nezaznamenáva kroky. Včerajší deň sa mi vôbec nestiahol do aplikácie počet krokov a ukazuje mi to nulu, aj keď cez aplikáciu Weekly step summary v hodinkách mi tie kroky ukazuje, len mi tie kroky po synchronizácii aplikácia v mobile nie je schopná zobraziť. Dnešný deň mi zase v hore spomínanej aplikácii na hodinkách ukazuje dnešný deň 2x, že som už prešla 13000 krokov a znovu pod tým mám zase dnešný deň a ukazuje mi, že som prešla iba 1500 krokov. Nechcela by som prísť o aktivity, rekordy a všetky informácie, ktoré mám v hodinkách, preto by som sa chcela opýtať, či by ste mi s tým vedeli poradiť alebo ak nie, či to môže byť dobrý dôvod na reklamáciu daného tovaru.
